After 5 successful cohorts and one more in the making, the well known 'European and Chinese Business Management' Program at the University of Zurich is expanding.

MAS Study Program

The mentoring program connects our MAS students with some of the most successful entrepreneurs and industry leaders in Switzerland. This program has been extremely effective for young professionals to learn from seasoned executives through various interactions. 
 

If you are interested in becoming an MAS Mentor we would love to hear from you. Ideally you have more than 5 years of work experience, you are active in your field and well-connected. 

In September at the Meet & Greet Event the students will meet all mentors and are paired together. You will then meet with your assigned student(s) shortly afterwards to further get to know them and discuss expectations and wishes.

The main focus lies on:

• Supporting students with the cultural integration in Switzerland 
• Potentially acting as a door-opener in companies which offer internships
• Supporting students in the application process and the preparation for interviews
• Accompanying them during the internship, if necessary
