Application process

The programs are designed for university graduates and undergraduates with at least one year of work experience who aim to become professionals in international business management with focus on China and Europe. The programs equip participants with applied knowledge and practical experiences in a diverse cultural environment.

Admission process

1. Please prepare all the mandatory documents before you start filling in the online application form.

2. Fill in the online application form.

3. After completing your application dossier, you will be contacted within a few days by our Program Manager who will send you an application fee invoice (CHF 200, non-refundable).

4. After having received your payment, we will review your application. If you fulfil all conditions for admission to the program, you will be invited for an interview.

5. During the interview we would like to get to know you better and learn more about your motivation to apply for this program. We will also assess your level of English.

6. We will get back to you with the decision about your application within 2 weeks after the interview.

Note: Please have in mind that all the above listed documents, even if not marked as mandatory, are required for the successful application for our Study Program. If some of these documents are not available right now, please make sure you send them to us as soon as possible.

Admission Criteria

To apply for our MAS and CAS programs you need to bring with you:

🎓 Academic Background Bachelor's or Master's Degree
🗣️ English Proficiency Proof of English language skills. Non- native English speakers are required to prove the necessary English skills by submitting their English test scores (IELTS min. 6.5 or TOEFL min. 79 Points). Exceptions: English native speakers or people who can prove that they worked or studied in English.

Work Experience (only for MAS)

At least 1 year of a full-time work experience (a permanent position or an internship) without interruption or accumulated 1.5 years of full-time work experience if there are breaks between job positions.

Details regarding English test scores:

IELTS Academic 6.5 or above (only one division score can be below 6.0)
TOEFL iBT Equivalent to IELTS 6.5; you can find the official score comparison tool here. Same conditions apply as for IELTS (no division score can be below IELTS equivalent of 6.0)

Note - conditional offers:

Candidates who meet all other admission criteria while achieving a total IELTS grade below the requirements can receive a conditional offer. They will be admitted under the condition that they hand in an IELTS with the required grade before the deadline for IELTS resubmission. The deadline for IELTS resubmission: 30 June 2021. If the required score can not be achieved by 30 June 2021, the candidate will not be accepted for the program. Applications handed in after the resubmission deadline must contact a valid proof of English language skills according to the criteria mentioned above.

The deadline for the MAS Study Program depends on whether or not you need to apply for a visa to study in Switzerland.

Application fee CHF 200 There is an application fee of CHF 200 for each application submitted. After submitting your application, you will receive an invoice by email. The application fee is a standard charge that supports the administration process and the development and maintenance of the systems used in this process.

as a listener you will receive a certificate. Be aware that you need to take part in the course assessment in order to get a grade and a course certificate.

Note: travel, meal and accommodation costs are not included in the tuition fees.
